雖然市區早晚的溫度為2度
但看到太陽就讓人心情很舒服

We passed the Fields of Gazing Grain
We passed the setting Sun ─
Or rather ─ He passed Us ─
The Drews drew quivering and chill ─
For only Gossamer, my Gown ─
My Tippet - Only Tulle ─
We paused before a House that seemed
A Swelling of the Ground ─
The Roof was scarcely visible ─
The Cornice ─ in the Ground ─
Since then ─ 'tis Centuries ─ and yet
Feels shorter than the Day
I first surmised the Horses' Heads
Were toward Eternity ─
He kindly stopped for me ─

【心慟】苦澀星期五Un viernes amargo
早上起了大早到健身房
在和教練一週一次上課之前﹐ 今天提早半個小時到
先去三溫暖10分鐘烘出滿身大汗後﹐ 又去SPA按摩池泡了3分鐘
經過了剛剛的"暖身"頓時清醒舒暢許多!
趕緊去沖涼整裝到健身房報到!
老實說﹐ 這是每個禮拜上健身房最期待的一天
有教練計劃性地引導訓練﹐ 並偶爾閑話家常地對話
讓在健身房各自賣力揮汗的日子有了更人性的元素與驚喜!
在中學還有教課﹐ 另外還是滑雪教練的他﹐
突然說他將放下健身房教練的工作﹐
